- Franchises of national brands. Locally owned or not — if your sign carries a national name, we redirect you to Angi/Yelp/Google Business.
- Headquarters outside the 8 counties.Marion, Sumter, Lake, Alachua, Citrus, Hernando, Levy, Volusia. A Jacksonville business that drives to Gainesville doesn't fit.
- Suspended license in Florida DBPR.If your trade requires a license and yours is inactive or suspended, you can't list until it's in good standing.
- Lead-resell / referral aggregators.If you don't actually do the work yourself, this isn't the directory for you.

- 03We set up your listing. Free tier goes live immediately. Standard/Premium subscribers we walk through paid setup separately (Stripe link, no surprises). Verified add-on kicks off the deeper checks.
